• Responsible for managing, supervising, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations in the company's operations.
• Draft employment contracts, economic contracts, legal documents, and perform procedures related to employee benefits.
• Manage personnel records, handle social insurance procedures, and calculate employee salaries.
• Draft and implement personnel regulations and policies related to the rights and obligations of employees.
• Review and assess the legality of the company's documents and contracts; warn and propose amendments to clauses that pose legal risks.
• Research and update new legal regulations, provide legal advice to departments and relevant units.
• Ensure the company fully complies with all legal procedures and processes in its daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve any legal issues that arise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, with preference given to candidates with experience in human resources-related tasks (employment contracts, social insurance, payroll, regulations, etc.).
• Effective communication, teamwork, and legal situation handling skills.
