Due to the need to expand its network of operations in Hanoi, FundGo Law Co., Ltd. is announcing the recruitment of 1 Legal Specialist (to start immediately).
Job description
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, verifying the legal validity of documents, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Assess, analyze legal risks, and propose solutions to mitigate risks in the company's business activities.
- Company representatives work with government agencies, partners, and stakeholders on legal matters.
- Participate in developing and finalizing legal documentation, and carry out procedures to obtain operating licenses for the company in various countries.
- Review and update legal documents, policies, and operating regulations to ensure the company complies with regulations in the countries where it operates.
Requirements for candidates
- Graduated with a degree in Law.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience at law firms or corporate legal departments, with preference given to candidates with experience working at multinational companies.
- Understanding of legal regulations related to business, investment, and cooperation with foreign partners.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to work independently, logical thinking, effective communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Diligent, proactive, highly responsible.
Benefits
- Salary: 15-20 million VND per month.
- Year-end bonus ranging from 1 to 3 months' salary, depending on work performance.
