Now, the Parties sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the following specific content:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>ARTICLE 1: CONTENT OF COOPERATION<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[\u2026]<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> [\u2026]<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> [\u2026]<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>ARTICLE 2: PRINCIPLES OF COOPERATION<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Parties undertake to provide each other with support and priority during the cooperation process in order to achieve the cooperation objectives and pursue long-term interests with high quality and efficiency.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Cooperation shall be based on the principles of voluntariness and equality, ensuring compliance with the laws and internal regulations of each Party.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>ARTICLE 3: RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Work closely with each other in providing the required information so that the Parties can agree on specific implementation plans consistent with the cooperation and development objectives of the Parties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The parties shall cooperate closely to implement the cooperation provisions of this agreement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Parties shall facilitate mutual participation in activities organized by the Parties.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The parties shall assign personnel to work together to implement the cooperation activities specified in Article 1.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>ARTICLE 4: IMPLEMENTING ORGANIZATION<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Based on the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding, the Parties agree on the focal points of each Party to exchange information in a timely, prompt, and accurate manner in accordance with the terms of the Cooperation Agreement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The focal points of both Parties will directly exchange and work with each other on the tasks to be implemented.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>ARTICLE 5: COMMITMENT TO IMPLEMENTATION<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> During implementation, if any issues arise or changes to the Memorandum of Understanding are required, the two Parties shall discuss and agree on appropriate amendments.
